This data should include the name of the LLC first, and then will come a description of the type of business that the LLC will perform. Once this has been set, the LLC should not engage in types of business which are widely different than those mentioned in the original documents. The registering agent and his name and address will be needed for the processing of the formation of the LLC. Then, it should be mentioned whether the company will be handled by a single or more owners or/and by its own members. The LLC is formed if the clauses of establishment are submitted to the Secretary of State completed duly, and the clauses are held to be in accordance with state law. Also, a state LLC establishment mostly involves inclusion of organizers, who may not be owners of the LLC, and a minimum number of owners. An organizer can be a single person, partners, a trust, an estate, an association, corporation, or an LLC. If there are any members, any agreement shall be first agreed to on paper by everybody involved. An LLC should have at least one member. A member should be an entity or a natural person.
